Introduction of TWG Members:

• This is the first time TWG Members have assembled since the inception of the TWG. Each member should introduce themselves along with their site/location.
• Members participating via conference call should be included. The call in # is 301-903-6056.

Selection of TWG Objectives for 2008 - 2009:

• Review Objective 1: Identify/develop method for incorporating LL into training
  • Identify current site practices and programs for identifying and incorporating LL in training
  • Discuss the current DOE Lessons Learned Program utilized by some DOE facilities
• Review Objective 2: Identify standard ERO Training
• Obtain suggestions for additional Objectives

Discussion of using the EMI SIG TWG website as a central place for posting Lessons Learned:

• Consider two formats already used across DOE facilities:
  • Utilization of DOE Program Elements for organizing frequently asked questions.
  • Organization of exercise and drill scenarios [Restricted Access].

Solicitation of TWG members to become involved with Individual TWG Objectives.

Discussion of ORNL’s issue of maintaining proficiency of ERO cadre.
