The TEEL Development Team
Doug Craig has been the creative force behind the TEELs since their inception and continues to lead the TEEL development process. Rocky Petrocchi has also been involved with TEELs since their inception and he plays an important role in the development and review of TEEL values. Ray Lux programmed and maintains the Excel workbook that is used to develop and document PAC and TEEL values. Po-Yung Lu is currently playing a key role in reviewing and updating existing TEEL values.

Drs. Jayne-Anne Bond and Xiao-Ying Yu are the most recent additions to the TEEL development team. Jayne-Anne and Xiao-Ying are taking on new TEEL- and CMM-related assignments.

The TEEL development activities are guided by the TEEL Advisory Group (TAG). TAG members are appointed by the Office of Emergency Management, NA-41. The TAG advises NA-41 representatives Jim Fairobent and Dave Freshwater. The TAG members are:
