Quality Program Manual

The purpose of this manual is to provide program policy and oversight for the maintenance of quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) within the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education’s (ORISE) Independent Environmental Assessment and Verification programs.

This manual describes administrative systems, as well as specific quality control procedures. The methodology for performance of work processes and the associated Integrated Safety Management requirements are presented in the Survey Procedures Manual, the Laboratory Procedures Manual, and other general work process guides.
