The purpose of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Industrial Hygiene/Occupational Safety Topical Committee is to provide a forum for, and to facilitate the interaction between, DOE and DOE contractor personnel with common interests in identifying and resolving standards-related issues for the DOE Technical Standards Program Office. DOE uses the IH/OS SIG to achieve this purpose.
