Committee meetings will normally be held in conjunction with regularly scheduled IH/OS SIG Steering Committee and membership meetings and workshops. The IH/OS SIG Steering Committee will meet via teleconference, as needed. When the physical presence of Steering Committee members is required, special meetings will be scheduled which will normally be hosted by a contractor at a DOE facility.

This Charter was adopted by the IH/OS SIG Steering Committee on February 24, 1998.
