Project Description:
The Laboratory Technology Program provides opportunities for qualified STEM undergraduate students and recent associate and baccalaureate graduates to receive hands-on technical training in a real-world setting that will prepare them to become part of ORNL's future workforce in areas of critical need. Must live withing working distance of ORNL.
Duration: Full-time or part-time appointments of up to one year, renewable up to four additional years. This is not a summer internship.

Benefits: Stipend based on academic level or degree; benefits of full-time or part-time temporary employees of Oak Ridge Associated Universities. Depending on the availability of funding, participants enrolled in an undergraduate course of study may be eligible for tuition and fees reimbursement.
Qualifications:
- Be a U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident (LPR)
- Have at least one semester of college credit (12 hrs) with at least one course in the appropriate technical field, or have an associate's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Be enrolled in either a regionally accredited community college or four-year institution or recent graduate with either an associate's or bachelor's degree (within one semester of graduation; excludes summer semester).
- No GPA requirement
- Not be enrolled in a graduate course of study
