Training Needs Assessments
ORISE conducts an annual training needs assessment by using the individual development plans provided by the Oak Ridge Office. This comprehensive assessment is used to determine individual and organizational needs for training, development, and education learning activities for the projected fiscal year.
Independent Assessments
ORISE recently completed an Oak Ridge Office Independent Assessment of UT-Battelle's Nuclear Training Programs for Research Reactors Division (RRD) and Nonreactor Nuclear Facilities Division (NNFD).
Other Projects
ORISE provides technical training assistance to assist in managing technical training and qualification capabilities necessary for personnel to carry out the mission of the U.S. Department of Energy while protecting the safety of employees and the public.
