These programs offer challenging research opportunities to recent recipients of Master’s and Doctoral degrees. Participants are matched with active research teams and conduct research in areas that support Oak Ridge National Laboratory missions.

All programs on this page are limited to recent Master’s or Ph.D. graduates. Recent is defined as having obtained the degree within five years of the application submission date. You must be at least 18 years old by the first day of your appointment. Application deadlines vary by program.
