Each team of students or educators must register for the Challenge prior to submitting a project or participating in any mentorship or training activities sponsored by the Challenge. Part of the registration process will include uploading the appropriate Consent and Media Release Form for each participant.
Note:
- For student teams, the Team Leader must collect a signed Parental and Legal Guardian Consent and Media Release Student Participants form (.PDF) for each student as part of the registration process.
- Each educator and Team Leader must submit a completed Adult Consent and Media Release for Educators, Team Leaders, and Volunteers form (.PDF) before they (or their team) can begin participating in any mentorship or training activities sponsored by the Challenge.
