The Department of Defense (DoD) High Performance Computing Modernization Program’s (HPCMP) HPC Internship Program (HIP) and Faculty Immersion Experience (FIX) are managed by the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education (ORISE) under an agreement between DoD and the US Department of Energy (DOE). ORISE is managed by Oak Ridge Associated Universities (ORAU) for DOE.
